Balance with Tracey
Mums, are you..

Right now, you might feel like:
-
You want to look after yourself - but everything feels like effort
-
You keep starting again, then falling off
-
You don’t recognise your body anymore
-
You feel guilty for not being “more consistent”
-
You know pushing harder isn’t working… but you don’t know what will
You’re not lazy.
You’re not unmotivated.
And you’re not failing.
You’re carrying a lot as a mum, and most fitness or wellbeing plans don’t take that into account.
They assume you have:
-
spare energy
-
predictable routines
-
time to prioritise yourself without guilt
For most mums, that just isn’t real life.
What If Like Looked Like This..
What if things didn’t feel so all-or-nothing?
What if, in three months’ time, you:
-
Felt confident and more at home in your body
-
Had a way of moving that supported your nervous system
-
Stopped relying on motivation to keep going
-
Trusted yourself to return to your routine — even after hard weeks
-
Let go of guilt-driven health habits
-
Felt strong in a way that was calm, not exhausting

How This Is Different
Strong & Steady isn’t built on the idea that you just need better motivation.
Most mums already know what they should be doing. The problem is that other plans don’t adapt when life gets busy, energy dips, or priorities shift.
This programme is designed to support you through those moments, not punish you for them.
Instead of being given a rigid plan and expected to stick to it perfectly, you’re supported to learn how to choose and adapt movement based on:
-
the energy you have that week
-
the time you realistically have available
-
the season of life you’re in
Over the 12 weeks, the focus is on building understanding and confidence — so you’re not dependent on a plan, an app, or constant motivation.
You’re supported through a combination of:
-
shared weekly focus and reflection
-
real accountability and human connection
-
guidance that helps you make movement decisions for yourself
Why a Founder's Round?
This is the first time I’m running Strong & Steady in this format.
Joining as a founder means:
-
You’re part of a small, supported group
-
The programme is shaped with real mums in mind — not perfection
-
Your feedback and experience help shape future rounds
-
I can offer more presence, care, and attention
-
You receive founders pricing before the programme evolves
Founders pricing will not be repeated.
This is the only time Strong & Steady will be offered at these rates.
As the programme becomes more established, pricing will increase to reflect the depth of support, structure, and time involved. Future rounds will be priced higher.
If you’re joining as a founder, you’re not just getting early access.
You’re receiving a level of value that won’t be available again at this price.
There’s a clear plan for the 12 weeks but also space to respond to what you actually need.
This isn’t a polished, hands-off course.
It’s a calm, guided container thats built around real mum life.

About Tracey
Hi, I’m Tracey.
I’m a Pilates teacher and personal trainer with over 10 years’ experience and a deep understanding of how motherhood affects both the body and the nervous system.
I don’t believe mums need to push harder.
I believe they need support that actually fits their lives.
Strong & Steady brings together everything I care about: movement, wellbeing, and helping mums feel stronger and steadier in a way that’s sustainable.
