Private Studio + Child-Friendly Set Up

Private studio in Hamilton - children welcome

Sessions take place in my private home studio in Hamilton, offering a calm, comfortable space without the pressure of a busy gym or class environment.

Children under 3 are welcome to attend sessions with you, so you don’t need to arrange childcare or rush to make it work. Many mums find this removes one of the biggest barriers to prioritising themselves.

This is support designed around real family life.

As a qualified Pilates instructor and personal trainer with over 10 years’ experience, I bring a deep understanding of how motherhood affects the body, energy, and nervous system.

My approach is grounded, evidence-informed, and compassionate — focusing on building strength and confidence in a way that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.

Sessions are guided with care and intention, supporting both physical strength and overall wellbeing.
