Balance with Tracey

Who Is It For?
These 1:1 sessions are ideal if you:
-
Feel disconnected from your body
-
Want support beyond generic classes
-
Are tired of starting and stopping
-
Need movement that adapts to your energy, not the other way around
-
Want calm, focused time for yourself without guilt
You don’t need to be newly postnatal.
You don’t need to be “fit already”.
These sessions meet you where you are now.
Why Choose 1:1 sessions?
1:1 sessions offer the space, attention, and flexibility that group classes can’t always provide.
They’re ideal if you want:
-
individual guidance
-
confidence in how you’re moving
-
accountability without pressure
-
a supportive space focused entirely on you
This is time to reconnect with your body, build strength gradually, and create a relationship with movement that feels steady and sustainable.
Private Studio + Child-Friendly Set Up
Private studio in Hamilton - children welcome
Sessions take place in my private home studio in Hamilton, offering a calm, comfortable space without the pressure of a busy gym or class environment.
Children under 3 are welcome to attend sessions with you, so you don’t need to arrange childcare or rush to make it work. Many mums find this removes one of the biggest barriers to prioritising themselves.
This is support designed around real family life.
Personalised Approach
Every session is tailored to you.
We’ll work together to support your specific needs whether that’s rebuilding strength, improving mobility, easing aches and tension, or creating a consistent movement routine that actually fits your life.
Sessions may include:
-
Pilates-based strength work
-
Functional movement
-
Gentle conditioning
-
Mobility and release
-
Breathwork and nervous-system-aware movement
There’s no rigid plan, we adapt as your body and capacity change.
