Strong & Steady was created with busy mums in mind, but it’s open to any woman who wants to build strength in a realistic, sustainable way.
What if I miss a week?
Nothing is ruined. This programme is built around real life. You’ll always have access to the content, and we focus on returning, not restarting.

I’m a Pilates teacher and personal trainer with over 10 years’ experience and a deep understanding of how motherhood affects both the body and the nervous system.
