We have a 3 month minimum commitment, after that you can cancel anytime as it is a rolling membership.

Hi, I’m Tracey.

I’m a Pilates teacher and personal trainer with over 10 years’ experience and a deep understanding of how motherhood affects both the body and the nervous system.

I don’t believe mums need to push harder.


I believe they need support that actually fits their lives.

Restore brings together everything I care about: movement, wellbeing, and helping mums feel stronger and more confident in a way that’s sustainable.
