Meet Tracey
Hi, I’m Tracey, founder of Balance with Tracey.
My work is grounded in the belief that mums don’t need to push harder. Instead, they need support that actually fits their lives.
I combine Pilates, strength, and nervous-system-aware movement to help women feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in their bodies without guilt or all-or-nothing pressure.
Alongside this, I also run playful mindfulness and movement sessions for children, because family wellbeing doesn’t exist in isolation.
